Shutterbug is the data conroller in connection with the use of the the webshop.

When purchasing in the webshop, the customer provides name, address and email. This information is stored for use in tthe following: Execution of the order as well as sent order confirmation, sent item, sent invoice, complaints and returns.
Storage of images in connection wih image ordering
Shuttterbug stores image files on servers so we can handle customer orders placed online though our image ordering systems. When submitting files online, you as a customer have given consent to this. Inquiries can be made at any time with a view to removing these. The pictures are typically stored for 1 year.
Our obligation under the accounting act
According to the accounting act, Shutterbug is obliged to store document material. Invoice attachments that contain personal information, as described above regarding sale on the webshop. Since the accounting act requires that the documentary material be stored for 5 years from the end of the year in which the items was purchased, it must be expected that personal information submitted in connection with purchase wil be stored for 5 years after the year of purchase
Personal information such as storage in connection with purchases on the webshop is thus stored.
Insight, deletion and correcion, etc.
At any time on request, you can gain insight into what information about you as a customer.
The customer has the right to have the information that is, in connection with purchases on the webshop, deleted to extent that the purpose of collecting and storing the information is no longer relevant. Request for insight, deletion, rectification right to the company, cf. company information. We work with a number of other companies tha store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with aa processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protecion for your information. It is permited to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency about the companys's processing of personal data concerning you as a customer if you belive that the company processes the data in violalation of the law.
