Item condition when you send it back

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use. The item must be returned in complete original packaging. If parts of this are missing - it leads to a depreciation of the item.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We implement one. We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
